Using Sara was one of the best decisions we ever made. After interviewing several other realtors, it was obvious she was going to be the best choice for us and provide full support from the start. She also understood the time crunch we were in. The biggest thing that impressed me was she went above and beyond her normal duties of moving a house by being proactive and getting things done for us without having to ask or without having for me to do it. For example, when an offer was made and we accepted, an inspection was done that required a list of things to be fixed. Before I could blink an eye, she had 3 contractors involved working on quotes for the repairs with out me having to ask for help. To me that was huge. She found one that we used. During the repairs there was a hiccup with the GC and what did Sara do, she dealt with all commination and made it right without me having to get involved. That saved me a massive headache and allowed me to concentrate on the move. If we ever moved back to South Carolina, she will be the realtor for us. I promise, you won't be disappointed by using her. I know there are many choices out there but she will provide full professionalism, attention to your needs and full dedication to your house sale.
